As a first time buyer the process of purchasing a property is extremely daunting. I wanted to move quickly and was naturally concerned about my mortgage application. I was introduced to Paul Moyse by a friend who had previously successfully used the ExcelPartnership and we visited him at the Bromley office. We explained the complexity of our Mortgage requirements relating to my age, the fact I had another property with my ex partner and a mix of contract and employed work over the last 5 years making me non standard. Paul quickly helped us fill in some forms, took details and provided over 100 lenders only 5 of whom would lend.
